  • Fake, duplicate, or invalid leads will not be counted.
  • Age criteria (25–45 years) must be followed strictly.
  • Payout is based on final approved lead disposition.
  • Medical rejection cases may fall under “Not Eligible – Exclusion on Medical Grounds.”
  • Daily cap is limited to 50 eligible leads.
  • Soft KPI of 5% Lead-to-Policy conversion should be maintained.
  • Incorrect customer information may lead to lead rejection.
  • Campaign terms may change as per company policy.
